Vale Monterroca · Full-Stack Developer · AI-First

Good ideas deserveto become realproducts.

I take web products from almost working to ready to use — shaping the interface, tracing the backend and using AI to move faster without handing over the decisions.

Selected work

Products, not just screens.

Two different projects that show how I think: one real product built end to end, and one focused conversion experience designed as a clear, maintainable demo.

Social product · Featured case

Pretexto

A social platform built around small, in-person plans: choose something you genuinely want to do, meet the group before going and make real-world connection feel less awkward.

Turns the vague goal of ‘meeting people’ into a concrete, moderated plan with a clear path from discovery to attendance.

Web Cotiza

A configurable lead-generation website for a fictional interior design studio, built to turn a visual portfolio into a clear project inquiry flow.

Organizes projects, services, process and intake questions so a service business can qualify a lead before the first conversation.

About

I like the complicated middle.

I’m a full-stack developer who enjoys taking ideas, unfinished projects and systems that ‘almost work’ and turning them into products people can actually use.

I work across the full flow because the best fix is rarely confined to one layer. A broken experience can start in the interface, the API contract, the data model or the deployment — and I want to understand which one before I change it.

My sweet spot sits between software, product, design and AI: enough visual judgment to protect the experience, and enough technical depth to make it reliable.

Currently building

Pretexto, plus small tools that remove friction from the work.

Right now I’m iterating on Pretexto and exploring AI-assisted development, internal tools, automation and quick web prototypes. The goal is simple: shorten the distance between a useful idea and something that works in the real world.

Capabilities

A full product view, organized by what needs to happen.

Tools matter, but I care more about choosing the right boundary, following the data and shipping a coherent experience.

I use AI to investigate faster, pressure-test decisions, generate repetitive scaffolding and catch blind spots. Architecture, debugging, verification and the final call stay mine.

Services

I fix web apps that are almost working.

I’m a full-stack developer focused on fixing, finishing and shipping existing web applications. I work especially well with projects started with AI tools, templates or rapid development that now have bugs, broken integrations or deployment issues.

How I work

Small scope. Clear answer. No maze.

For focused projects, I prefer a fixed scope and fixed price.

Outside the code

Creating, in every form.

I like making things for the simple pleasure of seeing an idea take shape. Sometimes that means code; other times it is a dessert, a crochet project or a plan with people I enjoy.
